McLaren's Ron Dennis could well be present at every round of the 2009 world championship, despite his decision to step down as team principal from the beginning of March.
Dennis will hand over the reigns to long-time colleague Martin Whitmarsh in order to concentrate on other aspects of the McLaren Group. However, his new role and his responsibilities to the Formula One Teams Association (FOTA) mean he will remain a familiar face in the paddock for the foreseeable future.
